The opportunity is no longer about competing more.
It’s about competing differently.
On February 16th, I officially launched IA Academy.

This project was not born from a trend. It was born from more than 20 years working with international capital in Florida and seeing the same pattern over and over again:
A lot of talent.
Little structure.
Too much competition in the same space.
That’s why I decided to turn my experience into a platform designed for agents who want to:
→ Stop competing in saturated markets
→ Strategically position themselves in the international market
IA Academy was recently featured in USA News, highlighting something I’ve been observing for quite some time:
The real opportunity is not in fighting over the same local inventory.
It’s in learning how to operate in a different scenario.
While many agents compete for the same properties, international capital continues to arrive in the United States looking for:
→ Stability
→ Asset protection
→ Long-term growth
That is what is strategically known as a Blue Ocean:High demand.Less direct competition.
The inaugural cohort will be limited to 22 agents, distributed across three levels: Basic, PRO, and Elite (including Property Management and private mentorships).
Additionally, all participants will receive an extra module on Personal Branding & Artificial Intelligence, where they will learn how to create their own personalized Agent GPT.
IA Academy is not for everyone.
It is for those who understand that the market has changed…and are ready to change with it.
